Capital Program Manager (Sanitary Sewer)

Position Description:

  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer, Civil, in the State of Washington or ability to obtain one within one year preferred o Five years of project management experience

  • Two years supervisory experience o Knowledge of sanitary sewer specifications and general construction specifications

  • Knowledge of rehabilitation, design and construction of new sewer collection systems including pumping stations Primary Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and supervision of the Project Management Team

    • Oversees the development and coordination of all aspects of capital project work with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, contractors, consultants and District personnel

  • Ability to simultaneously coordinate and manage multiple complex projects to completion within scheduled deadlines and allocated budget

  • Develop and deliver the Six-Year Capital Program schedule and budget annually o The District is offering a select individual an opportunity to leverage their professional civil engineering, project management and construction management skills for the benefit of their community.
