Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager!
Ideal candidate will:
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field
Five years of construction management work experience in a heavy civil-construction environment
A current CCM certification Two years of supervisory and leadership experience
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage compliance with Federal, State and local safety regulations Primary Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination, budget and management of the District’s construction work
Leadership of field inspection staff
Operates independently and with minimal supervision as the principal construction representative for the District
Develops, implements and monitors the progress of the construction program and individual projects (capital and development related)
Supervises technical and professional staff on a project or continuing basis
Manages project documentation, including submission of required warranties, guarantees, lien releases and any other necessary documents required by contract
Provides design and regulatory interpretations considering technical, regulatory and contractual requirements
