Construction Program Manager (Sanitary Sewer)

Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager!

Ideal candidate will:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field

  • Five years of construction management work experience in a heavy civil-construction environment

  • A current CCM certification Two years of supervisory and leadership experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage compliance with Federal, State and local safety regulations Primary Responsibilities:

    • Planning, coordination, budget and management of the District’s construction work

    • Leadership of field inspection staff

    • Operates independently and with minimal supervision as the principal construction representative for the District

    • Develops, implements and monitors the progress of the construction program and individual projects (capital and development related)

    • Supervises technical and professional staff on a project or continuing basis

    • Manages project documentation, including submission of required warranties, guarantees, lien releases and any other necessary documents required by contract

    • Provides design and regulatory interpretations considering technical, regulatory and contractual requirements

Starting salary range: $7,299 to $8,345 per month, depending on qualifications.
