Provides leadership for construction management processes and field inspection staff. This position manages both capital and development related construction projects, operating independently with minimal supervision provided through weekly check-in meetings. Incumbents will have a high level of responsibility for developing, implementing and monitoring the progress of the construction program and individual projects.
The position includes broad responsibility and considerable latitude for independent judgement, receiving general direction from the District Engineer and Program Managers. The position includes supervision of technical and professional staff on a project and continuing basis
