Treasurer James Robert Dearman, EIT   PBS   James Robert graduated with a degree in Forest Engineering from Auburn University in 2013. He moved to the Northwest after graduating and worked three years in the forest industry before transitioning to civil engineering. He has worked for PBS Engineering and Environmental for two years. His duties include civil engineering design and construction inspection.
